Step 1Confirm the requestAgree on the property-search or consultation scope, expected deliverables and any third-party role.
Step 2Receive written termsCheck the final amount, currency, beneficiary, due date and cancellation terms in the official message, quote or invoice.
Step 3Verify the beneficiaryFor services invoiced by Bali Home Point, the company name must be shown as PT FLOWER ISLAND GROUP. Do not substitute a personal name.
Step 4Use the official contactConfirm any changed instruction through WhatsApp +62 896-7183-6304 before payment.
Property depositsSeparate confirmation requiredA deposit or rent paid to an owner or partner is governed by that party’s written property agreement and must be clearly distinguished from a Bali Home Point service fee.
ReceiptKeep payment evidenceRetain the invoice, transfer confirmation and written service terms for your records.
